Hi,

If you have some non available translation ; it means that you have an error in your language file.
You should activate the Joomla language debug mode to get more details about the problems in your files.

hi

it seems that this language constant is for the back end

HIKASHOP_SUCC_SAVED

can you tell me what is the languange constant for apply or save ?

the message that appears when submitting a product is Successfully Saved this is what i need.

i also tried searching for "Successfully Saved" in the latest hika package but it only shows HIKASHOP_SUCC_SAVED

thanks

Hi

www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html
Line 296 of the language files.

this is found on line 296, HIKASHOP_SUCC_SAVED="Successfully Saved". This is the same for the front end?

Please read my previous message carefully.

i dont see any errors. language files seems to get loaded among others

**Loaded** : JROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_hikashop.ini
**Loaded** : JROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_hikamarket.ini

lastly what i did was to delete all overrides and downloaded the latest version but my problem still persists. the language file on saving products for sale ,vendor product add, is similar with the one on the backend

thanks

Hi,

I've reread the whole thread and for what I understand, you actually don't have any problem.
Jerome thought that you were seeing HIKASHOP_SUCC_SAVED instead of "Successfully Saved" when you were saving something, but that's not the case, you correctly see the "Successfully Saved" message.

If you're asking about the fact that HikaShop and HikaMarket both use the same message "Successfully Saved" when you save something, then yes that's the case. It's the same text used everywhere and it comes from the HikaShop translation file.
So if you want to change it for one place it will actually be changed for everywhere.

I don't see a solution to have different text for the different places. It would require modifying the code everywhere a save is done to try using different translation keys.

thank you for your patience.

i just wanted to have a special message in the front end only and not the back end.

something like

"Submission Successful, Your post is subject to approval"

based on what you said i cant change one with out affecting the other.

so changing the front end will make the message inappropriate on others.

thanks
