-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.2

Hi, is it possible to create unique field during checkout.
I need to have non repeating field to fill for customer - is it possible to do it with custom.

Also it is possible to make it in real time checked. I mean if client fill that field with string that already exist system should put information that this name is already bought (without overload).

Hi,

If you want to ask for a field during the checkout ; the best would be to use an "order custom field".

To check if the entered value is unique, the usage of a custom plugin would be required.
Thanks to the plugin and the usage of the trigger "onBeforeOrderCreate", you can authorize or refuse the creation of the order.
