Hi,

I have the joomlacontenteditor.com installed and want to use that instead of the limited editor

that appears to be the default editor for product descriptions. How do I change this?

Hello,

In your HikaShop configuration settings, you can set-up the editor you want to use :

Hi Jerome,

Thanks. Perfect. It might be an idea to have HikaShop default to what is selected under Joomla and then an option to override that if it is not what the user wants for HikaShop?

Hi,

That's the case already. By default the "editor" setting is set as "default" and in that case, it uses the editor selected in the Joomla configuration.

Then there is something else happening here as my default editor was JCE but that was not the editor in HikaShop until I expressly went and set it to that.

Hi,

So you mean that if you set it back to "default" and you have JCE selected as default editor in the Joomla configuration, you don't get JCE ?
