price variant - i cant find variant on purchased hika shop

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10
-- PHP version -- : 7.2
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : i can pput multiple price in single item. i was upgrading to essential to have this function but i cant create a variant .

price variant - i cant find variant on purchased hika shop
i have a seed bag
with different quantity
3-6-10-50-100
and different prices.
the only workaround i founded is to create all the bags and set them as options(that's crap because i will have to show and create 5 different type of the same seeds bag)
EX:

is there a way to show only single bags of 3 and then the options(should i put them in different categories?)
Or to have a radio button with the quantity and the price change due to this?

Hi,

You first need to go in the menu Products>Characteristics. There, create a new characteristic with the name you want (it will be on the left of the dropdown on the product page), and then one value for each quantity.
Then, edit your product. In its settings, add the characteristic you just created in the "charactersitics" setting.
Once done, you'll have a variants tab which will appear at the top of the product edit screen.
There, you can click on the "add variants" button to add the variant for each quantity of the characteristic.
And once done, you can edit each variant to change the price, the stock, the description, etc at your own discretion.

is it possible to copy the variants to all the products?
or i have to di it manually?

Hi,

You can't copy variants from one product to another already existing product.
However, if you didn't create the other product yet, you can use the "copy" button of the products listing to duplicate the product with the variants. And then, edit the copy and just change what is different from the original.
