Unable to edit Address Form

I'm loving Hikashop! Its the first shopping cart I've been able to get working on my joomla site.

I am having one issue which I can not find a solution for. When the customer would click the button to edit their address, the popup is blank. So there is no way to enter a shipping or billing address.

My website is gvtoolshed.com

I've tried both internet explorer and google chrome with the same issue.

If I can get this fixed I will be upgrading to the essential package.

Ok so I was able to solve my problem by changing the custom fields in of the address.

Now the customer can fill out their address but when they click ok to save the address, it is not displayed on the check out screen.

Included are the screen shots of my problem.


Also will the UPS Plugin work with Custom address fields?

If you do that, the UPS plugin won't be able to use the address information. And you will have to change all the "address_template" view files via the menu Display->Views in order to use the new fields.
You should use the default custom fields.
Please revert your changes, do a screenshot of the custom fields listing and we'll have a look at your first problem.

I see that makes sense. When I went into custom fields originally there were no default fields. Maybe I deleted them? I dont think I did though. Any how, is there any way to restore the default fields.

Here is a screen shot of my custome fields with my changes and after I deleted them.

You should delete them all. Then, download again hikashop on our website and install it on yours. That should put back all the custom fields.
