Hi Hikari,

Someone asked about this a couple of years ago when it was not possible. However, I was wondering whether it is now possible to display a customer's digital download links when the customer logs in. Our order fulfillment staff would like the customer to be able to access his download links from the web browser when he logs into the website.

Hi,

Yes, there is now a "my downloads" area in the customer control panel of HikaShop which does just that.
You can potentially access it by creating a menu item of the type hikashop user control panel if the option "Enable customer download area" is turned on in the configuration of HikaShop.
