Serial attach to joomla user

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.2 business
-- HikaSerial Standard 1.7.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.20
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 30.0.1599.101
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

I have an almost live system using HikaSerial. Currently User click buy now, passes sales process, and serial is released by HikaSerial. User receives confirmation email. All good.

Problem is that the serial created for the purchase, does not link to user. I can ofcourse manually add the user. But I was under the impression this process would be automated ?

So for now, the serial is only linked to the Order Number, not user...

Can you help ? maybe I misconfigured ?

Hi,

Can you give me some details about your pack configuration ?
There is an option called "no user assign". If this option is activate the assignation of the user to the serial is not done.
Otherwise, the assignation should be made in the same time than the assignation with the order.
