Customer dashboard from Frontend

I hired someone to do my site, he's a little reluctant in answering my questions..... He actually talked me into getting Hikashop after I showed him what I want. Am not experienced in implementing this so I need more explanation so I can convey with him.
I would not mind buying plugin if required but I need directions explaining what is possible including customization options and limitations:

1) I will really like to achieve a customer dashboard similar to attached “dashboard”
This means once customers logs in, they will be able to view their order history, track their order with tracking number and so on.
The dashboard will include below details:
a) Account information: account setting, profile, addresses and payment info. Please view attached.

b) Order history: This will include order history and order details with option for customers to write review and they can also view their review history, please view attached.

c) Reward Points: With this, customers can view their detail reward history and balance. Please view attached.

d) Turning reward points to gift card: With this site, the reward points are converted to gift card in quarterly manner. Is this possible to configure on hikashop without doing it manually which is not an option as we have many customers.

e) I also have a non-related question about tax: Is there how to set tax so it reflects on all products without editing individual product. I will like to set tax rule so that it will reflect on all products both already created and new products once created.

Hi,

1. There is already a user control panel available by default in HikaShop. You can create a menu item of the type "hikashop user contol panel" in order to have a link to it on your website.

1.a Besides payment info, that is already supported.

1.b That is also supported, except for the fact that there is no link to write a review. The reviews can be written directly on the product pages. You could potentially modify the order details page to add such links to the product page.

1.c If you use AlphaUserPoints, they have a module to be able to display the user points. So you add that module to your user control panel menu item in order to achieve that.

1.d There is no system as of now to do such thing automatically. That would require some development.

1.e That should be the case by default when you create a tax rule. All the products are linked to the "default tax category" by default so you just have to create a tax rule for that tax category and it will apply to all the products.

Thanks a lot for your answers, I really appreciate it! For 1d, this is possible right, just need some development? For 1c, I do not have to do it manually for individual user, it will automatically happen once configured?

Thank you for 1e, the developer told me it is not possible unless I do one by one and I am like, that does not make sense....

Also, I am not able to login to back-end , I emailed him several times and he is not responding... Can you help because I hope to launch my site before Black Friday sale!

1.c yes it's automatic once you setup the module.

1.d yes with some development it's possible.

1.f I can't help on that. You need to see that with your developer if you can't log into your website backend.
