Customer blocked even after confirmed email

Hi,

It appears that some customers are still blocked even after they click the confirmation email.

I am using business edition.

Hi,

It's working fine for us and even if it was not, it should be the same for all the users of your website.
There is no reason that it works only for some of them.
Are you able to reproduce the issue yourself ?

No, perhaps the customers are confused. They claim they got the email and then clicked the acceptance link. But who knows.
