Is there a possibility to add a customer reviews for product in the page of the product?

Is there a historic orders management in Hikashop? In all versions?

Yes customer can post reviews in the product pages if you activate the vote & comment system.
Yes the order history is present in all HikaShop versions.

I understand the frustration when a customer posts the same request several times. But the reply should really be a bit more informative. As this is the top seo search post for "add reviews to product page in hikashop" then you should at least give some links to the areas where anyone else who visits this page can find the correct information.

Hi, when I switch to "No" for "Auto publish new comments", after I approve the review, it is not enabled on the front-end. In my case, reviews only work if I switch to "Yes."

Also, when I turn the voting on, the stars used to vote the item are overlapped by the "Add to cart" button (image attached).

How can I solve these two problems?

Which version of HikaShop do you have ?
Few things have been corrected in the latest one.

Regarding the "add to cart" button overlapping the stars, it is a css issue, potentially coming from your template.

Hi,

I do have the same issue with the option auto publish of comment set to "no"
comments are not published at all (Set to yes it works fine).

Further if I open up a comment in the backend, it shows me an error if I try to save a change like publish and unpublished.

Any Idea how to solve this that I can publish the just received comments from my customer?

Hi,

Please set the error reporting level to "maximum" in the Joomla settings in order to have a potential error message displayed.
As we are not able to reproduce the issue on our end, if you have no errors displayed please give us a backend and a FTP access in order to debug that issue directly on your site.

The informations can be sent via private message or via our contact form, in both cases please don't forget to give the url of this topic in the message.

ps: our answer time is about 12h

Hi,

Without a FTP access it will be difficult to debug that issue..
And I am still not able to reproduce the issue on my end.

If I give you our IP, can't you add it to the whitelist ?
