Hi,

Of which login form are you talking about ?
HikaShop, except in the checkout page, does not have any login form. The login form in the checkout page can be overridden or simply deactivate (to use a login module for example).

Hi,

You can easily import another CSS file. Edit the frontend CSS file of HikaShop via the Display tab of the configuration and you can use the @import CSS rule in order to load another CSS file:

Or you can also directly add CSS code in that frontend CSS file for better performances.
