Is it possible to export/import or copy the contactdata from the order at the orderpage and vice-versa?

The project is a "Course"-project and every year I have to clean all the orders, but I still need the data of the "customers", because every new "course"year, they will order a new course, but I don't want them to fill in the contact fields.

For an export I need the contactdata in the orderform. ............... So can I do it vice-versa?

Hi,

The user addresses are stored in a separated table.
Even if you clean the orders, the customer addresses will stay.

More than that, when you export orders, you got the addresses details (billing and shipping).

So I'm afraid that I don't understand your question and what you want to achieve.

Hi,
I will try to explain it again: but I will change my question.

If someone orders a course,
www.swib.nl/index.php/component/hikashop...pfriscursus?Itemid=0
they come in a field where they first have to registrate: www.swib.nl/index.php/component/hikashop/checkout

The first six fields are regular user fields.
The following fields , are self-made address-fields. Those fields come in another table. Backoffice they appear in the address field of the order.
(see second image in my former mail)
How can I store that personal client information for future orders and/or references. (In the client page (see image above).

Hi,

Where do you have added these custom fields ? In the order table ?

You should do that in the "address" one, this way the data will always be stored for each customers.
If the custom field is a "address" one so the data will be stored in the address table of HikaShop which is not edited when deleting the orders.
