User registration details

Hi. What is the quickest way to download all my registered users' details. Doesn't appear to be an export facility within Hikashop Essential. If not, please advise which folder holds these details so I can consider extracting that way.

Second question - after new user registration, there is a blank screen. How do I re-direct the user to my home page/ somewhere else.

1. Sounds good. But for some reason when I create a new mass action, there are no options available to me when I try to select an action or a trigger from the drop-down menus. They appear to be empty. Why?

2. Correct, I meant after the activiation message. is it possible to have the system auto-re-direct to my homepage, or somewhere of my choice. I don't see this option anywhere in the config.

1. Please check if the massaction plugins are enabled.

2. This don't seem to be really an HikaShop part, I think that you should find plugins for this kind of redirection directly

Are you using the default backend template ?
If not, please try with the default one.
