Customer creation and billing address

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

Hi,

My checkout workflow is Cart > Login.
Used to generate automatic quotes.
Guest and registered users can place order/quote.
Users are set by the admin.

1. I create a new user in Joomla
2. In Hikashop, I edit the address of the corresponding customer.
3. The user logs in, and place an order.
4. In the quote/order/invoice, the billing address is empty.

I'm expecting to find the address I set in (2.).
Where/how can I edit the (default) billing address of my customers?

Hi,

In the backend, you can also set the default address for a customer.
But I'm afraid that if there is no "address" step in your checkout workflow, HikaShop won't load the customer addresses.

Hi,
I've added "address" in my workflow. This adds one more step but that's not so inconvenient and works perfectly.
