Can't get Hikashop Email systems to work

I hope you can help,I have been looking though the forum but can't seem to find a solution.
I can't seem to get Hikashop's email system to work.
This is what I have done

• I have tried sending a message using joomlas mass mail system, this worked with no problems
• Under Hikashop->system->main->email I have made sure that the email address is in all the fields
• Under Hikashop->system->main->order I have made sure that default order status is set to "Created"
• Under Hikashop->system->Email I have ensures that all are set to published
• I have created a test email account and created a test user

The problem I am having is that customers don't receive the welcome email with activation link,
They don't receive order created confirmation emails.
I don't receive any email stating that some one has registered.
I don't receive order created emails or request for information or any other emails

Please help me fix this

I have contacted my hosting company and I am waiting for them to get back to me.
If it helps at all if I turn on error reporting I get these errors once you click finish on the checkout page

Hi Nicolas

The people from my hosting company have come back to me and said they have made changes to the back end.
Customers now receive the registration activation email as well as order creation confirmation emails.
I however still do not receive these mails what could cause this.
