How can i get the costumer to pay and regesre this adress and should be deliveried on a secondondary adress?

Hi,

If you are using shipping methods (so products have a weight, or you set up the shipping method to be used even if the products don't have weight) in the checkout you will have a part asking for the the billing and the shipping addresses.

You must have the "address" step in the checkout workflow. (Configuration > Checkout).
The settings for the addresses layout can be changed in the configuration too.
