registration working intermittedly

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.41
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox

Hi,
When I test the registration on my site it seems to work intermittently. I can register and all happens properly and I get the message to say an email has been sent to me.
Then again I can test later and after I press the register key - it goes to the another page but there is no message at all and when I check in user manager the new registration is not there.

I have been getting a lot of incorrect passwords (admin tools tells me) and I think customers are not sure what has happened and are trying to login with their user and password they thought they registered with.

I cant figure out why this is happening.
If you could look into this for me I would appreciate it

Hi,

Is it possible to have details about your registration configuration ?
I am not sure I understand the second part of your process which talk about the "register key". Can you please detail it ?

Sorry about registration key, what I meant was when I hit the registration button!
I did send you a private message about super user access. Is that what you need to see details of the registration configuration.
I just tried to register again and it has not worked again - it seems to not work on the first attempt but to work on the second.
I cant figure out what is wrong.

Just checked again and it definitely only works on the second attempt. Strange I know first I put in the information and hit register and it does nothing, then when I fill out the form again and hit register the form works and I get the response that an email has been sent for confirmation.
I see that you were able to enter the site backend yesterday. Have you found anything to help me?
It is probably something simple but I can't find it.

HI,
I am having trouble getting any help with my problem above Someone from hikashop entered my site 3 days ago to take a look but I have had not had any feed back. I realise it has been a weekend. I am worried I am loosing customers as they try to register and it does not work and then leave out of frustration.
When registering the first time I fill out the form it does not work at all then the second time I do it it works - something seems to be wrong - But I cant find it.
Please can someone help me sort out this problem?

I just tried to checkout on your website, so I registered, received the link in the email and activated my account, no issues.
Everything is working fine, so do you have changed anything ?
