Info in Guest Checkout

We're trying to setup Guest Checkout to sell a product that customers will pay for online but pick up in person. We need to record some basic information at time of purchase (Name, Email, Phone). Is it possible to require and store this information with Guest Checkout?

Hi,

Even if the checkout is guest, we have to store informations in our tables of the database.
Without these informations we can't generate and edit the orders correctly.

So yes, the informations are stored and you can retrieve them in backend via the order management interface.
