Data Missing in 'Carts'

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.24

Hi,
Not sure if this is to do with the recent Joomla updates?

In customer 'carts' all the data in 'name' is missing (or is a new column?) and I now cannot do a search as Hikashop appears to search on the name column?

Hi,

With HikaShop you have a feature for "multiple cart" ; it allows the customer to name his carts (like you can put names on the wishlists).
But by default there is no name for the default cart (which is created automatically when the customer want to add a product).

No data missing, no bug ; just that your customer did not put a name for their carts in the user cart listing.

Hi Jerome,

I think you missed the point here. When doing a 'search' i.e. name etc. no results are shown? I have used this function for years without issue and now no matter what I type in now the results show blank?

See example, you can see Hoh has a cart if I was to search for this name it no longer finds anything?

Hi,

There was never such possibility of searching carts using the name of the customer.
I've just checked the log of modifications on our end to make sure of that.
That's probably why Jerome didn't understand what you were talking about.

That's actually a good idea, so we'll look at adding that for the next release. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Nicolas,

It is 'NOT' the 'name' I am searching but it is the 'username'. This search has always produced results whether it be part of the username or email address you would always get results now I am getting nothing but a blank search even though the search criteria is there in the 'username' as you can see from the screen dump?

Hi,

No I've checked the code and the search on either the username, or name or email was never possible in the listing of carts in the backend.
Are you sure that you're not mistaking that with the listing of users or the listing of orders ?
