White screen on the new address(manage your addre)

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.0

hello

when im go to fllow page:
goo.gl/1tdr76

and click on the Button "NEW",A white screen will be shown!

credential removed


please help me

Hi,

Please check your PHP error log to get more details about the PHP fatal error.
Regarding where the page rendering it stops, I don't think that it is related to HikaShop.

While "index.php/user-area/customer/ucp/address/add/tmpl-component" gives a blank page with a PHP fatal error, the version "index.php/user-area/customer/ucp/address/add" do not.
So I think it's related to your template and his support of the popups (tmpl component).

Hi,

Here your error :

Fatal error: Call to a member function URLtemplate() on a non-object in /home/public_html/templates/tz_jollyany_joomla/component.php on line 79
And, as previously mentioned, the error is in the template you're using.
So please see that directly with your template provider.
