Error message, when (registered) users want to log in Mika Shop!

Hello,

First of all HIKA SHOP is a great program!!!
All works very well, except when a user want to buy and is already registered on my site (so when he already bought something, it's impossible for him/her to buy a second time, because he cannot sign in and login with his password).
He/she gets the warning message: Die Authentifikation von Zugriff verweigert ist fehlgeschlagen.
I tried it with my own addresses, I even enabled the option of access to "old-fashioned and insecure" apps on my gmail-account, but it didn't change the problem... There is no access for registered users....

What works wrong?

Hi,

There is no such error message in HikaShop or Joomla.

Could you try again with the english version of your website in order to get the exact english version of the error message ?
That would help us understand what's going on.

Hello Nicolas,

I tried it with another E-Mail Address (gmail) and it worked without any problem. As the message is unknown for you, I think it must be a problem with the yahoo-address.

I have an other problem: I still have the hika-starter version and would like to upgrade, when I really start to sell. Until now all only a project .
So how can I put my logo on the confirming order-mail.
(I think I read last night all your entrance and explanations on the English and French Forum. ) AND I know that normally you can do it without problem in the commercial program...
I did the following advice from Jan:

"Just look into the source of an confirmation email And you can see what the folder on the server and the filename of the used image.
This should be something like : media/com_hikashop/images/icons/icon-48-order.png
Just download it and edit it with photoshop .
I must say, i made my logo much and much larger.

Then upload it to the same folder on the server."

But it still doesn't work! I even replaced the icon-16-order.png, I have now my logo in the backend of HikaShop for Orders (which looks very nice), but the standard-mail to confirm orders still have the hika-shop-icon.
What is wrong?

Please do not duplicate your message between different threads.
You already post your question and we already replied to it ; please do not force the HikaShop support team to answer several times to the same question in different parts of the forum. It does not allow us to provide a good and efficiant (and free !) support.
