We just made a fix regarding that issue, so can you downlaod the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?
The problem was coming from the fact that the system attachs a files from the folder :
images\com_hikashop\upload
Instead of :
images\com_hikashop\upload\safe
So in your case the solution will just be :
- Move attachment files from the "safe" folder to the "upload" folder
Or
- Delete and import back your files through your configuration page via "Hikashop->System->Emaills"
