-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

Hi! after guest proceed registration (with email confirmation metod) appear the message HIKA_REG_ACTIVATE_NOT_FOUND instead HIKA_REG_ACTIVATE_COMPLETE. how can i solve ?

ps. i specify the server test url instead the domain bf360.it that is registered on my hikashop license

Hi,

This means that either the "activation" parameter in missing in the activation URL sent to him, or that the system didn't find a user account for him, or that the user account is already activated,
Can you check on these points ?

Hi! consider that these tests are done by me with new users created each time, so the user can not already be activated..
about activation parameter i dont now...how can i verify this point?

Hi,

It could if there was something changing the value in the database because of some process I don't know about.
That's why I'm asking you to check in the user manager of Joomla.

Regarding the activation parameter, please provide a copy of the activation link given to you by email.

I dont know how (scuse me ':) ) but now it works properly. I think because i had set the redirect url in case of empty cart: delete this option now it's ok
