Such feature should be created like few years ago. Same applies for abandonment cart reminder, not paid order reminder and so on... Hikashop is great e-commerce component but not sure why these thing above are still not created? All major e-commerce have it by default because it increase sales, conversions, revenue... Isn't this all about for hikashop users??
As example for cart reminder we send email named "Your forgot your cart" with 10% discount and 3-4 of 10 will come back and that's a lot.
I see such topics are created every few months so why this still not added? Especially we do have some emails in back-end so adding new one shouldn't be so hard for you guys. I hope you see my point
