Mail-tester won't be able to give an accurate report of the spamminess of your emails if they are not sent in normal conditions.
However, if you have an "outbound mail protection" which blocks the email, then, you need to check with the logs of that outbound mail protection for the reason why the email is blocked.
We can't say why from here.
If that protection is provided by your hosting or another company, you need to contact them so that they can tell you.
Note that the main difference between the user activation email of HikaShop and the ones from Joomla is that Joomla's is sent as text, not as HTML. So you could potentially deactivate the HTML setting of the email to send only the text version.
