There are ways.
First, if you use a mass action on the orders with an action "display the results" and select the user columns you want, you'll get the customers information who placed an order. However, you'll get doublons as you'll get the customer information once for each of their orders. If you instead use the "export CSV file" action and open the CSV in excel, you can easily filter the CSV to remove duplicates:

Second, you can use the report system on the user data and select the "best customers" option and increase the number of results.
That will give you a listing of the customers sorted from most important number of purchases to worst.
