Customer can't edit their account

Hi,

I've probably made a mistake somewhere in configuration, but I can't find where :(
My Customùers can't edit their details when they clic on "vompte client" button to do it, they are redirected to home page


Any help to fix this will be nice

Hi,

Edit the "HikaShop joomla user account link plugin" via the Joomla plugins manager.
In there, you'll find the "Force menu" setting. Make sure that you enter in there the id of a menu item of the type user profile edition page (so you need to create it first via the Joomla menu manager).
Then, the link "votre compte" on your screenshot will direct to that menu item to display the profile edition page.

Now it works, but I notice customer address haven't been replicate in joomla user parameters.

Hi,

Yes. There is no synchronization of the joomla user custom fields and the address custom fields in HikaShop.
The first and main reason for that is that you can have several billing addresses and several shipping addresses in HikaShop while you only have one set of custom user fields in Joomla.
