Email preload files

Yes. If you have HikaShop Business, you can go in the menu System>Emails. There, edit the email and go at the bottom of the edit form. There, you'll see the preload section where you can change the code and when you save, it will generate an override.

That's the Joomla template system.
You need to go in the System>Emails menu of HikaShop. First, go in your backend's Components>HikaShop>Products menu to access HikaShop. Then, you'll see the HikaShop menu in between the buttons and the listing. There, Click on System, and then on Emails. That way, you'll see the emails listing:

And when you open a HikaShop email, you'll see all the options, including the preload area:
