Customer Account Url seems to duplicate information and doesn't render

-- url of the page with the problem -- : secure.seleatherfest.com/account-access
-- HikaShop version -- : 5.0.4
-- Joomla version -- : 4.4.2
-- PHP version -- : 8.2.18
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 17.4.1

We have tested on several computers (windows and apple) with the same result.

If we log in to our account, click My Account and then click "Customer Account" on the left the result is that url of where we should be, is doubled but not quite exactly the same in the url address bar. The url is rendering the url below.

secure.seleatherfest.com/component/users.../profile?layout=edit

Hi,

Can you check the settings of the HikaShop user account plugin via the Joomla plugins manager ?
In it, the "force menu" setting should contain the id of a menu item of the type "Joomla user profile edit".
It seems that you have the URL of another page of the website instead.

Thank you so much. In realizing that was a Joomla change, we do not need customers to have that access. We've turned off the plug in. Thank you as always, you're fabulous.
