default addition of a product in cart

hi,
i need to know that is there a way to add an item in a cart by default? i want my user to login and go directly to checkout page where the item has been added in cart,

Sure you'll just have to set the "After a product is added to the cart" option to Always go to the checkout through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".

but actually i want as soon as my user logs in, he shouldn;t select the product and add in cart, i want the product to be automatically added in cart, how can this be done?
