Hello

We are forced to work with discount codes for example:
P = 30%
Q = 25%

Besides thes discount codes we also want to offer a bigger client a higher level than a small client.
Is there a possibility (or plugin) to import this grid? (For 25.000 articles)

Greetings Kaz

Hi,

We'll need more information to say anything.
What is the format of that grid ? Could you give a complete example ? Are the clients in different user groups already ?

Hello Nicolas,

Thank you very much for your reaction.
I have attached an .xls file with in sheet 1 a part of the pricelist and sheet 2 different discount grids.
I have no clients yet (new shop) but I want to make 3 groups.

It seems that the attachment didn't work. Maybe the format or the size of the files ? Can you try to zip them ?

Here is what I would do from what I understood:
First I would create one unpublished category per "discount code" and add the corresponding category for each product. the link between the products and the categories can potentially be added automatically with the mass actions system (menu System>Mass actions).
I would then create one discount for each user group and each category so that the discounts will apply automatically to the products prices based on the user group of the current user and the "discount code" category of the product.

Sure. You need to add the unpublished category of each product in the "categories" column of the CSV. You can separate the real category from the unpublished category by a semi colon ; or a pipe |

Hello Nicolas,

Are you able how to mention the undescriped category into the csv?
Underneath I have added the first lines of the import csv:

categories_ordering parent_category categories_image categories
product category
product category filters.jpg FILTERS
product category others.jpg OTHERS
product category electrics.jpg ELECTRICS
product category rebuild parts.jpg REBUILD PARTS
product category belts.jpg BELTS
product category fuel system.jpg FUEL SYSTEM
product category electronics.jpg ELECTRONICS

Hi there,

I think that adding a column category_description should do the job.
You can also export our categories/product including a description and see the possible column (it's the best example of a csv for Hikashop).
