Usability question - Coupon code entry

We have coupon discounts in our store. We noticed that some customers, once they entered their coupon code, inadvertently hit enter - rather than hitting the add button. The problem is that for hitting enter, the website goes back to the product category page.

Is there a way to ensure that if an enter is hit in a checkout page than the URL doesn't change.

You may test what I am referring to by going to e.g. staging-website-product-page --> putting a product to the cart --> entering the HAPPYGLF20 coupon code and then hitting enter.

Hi,
Your issue is coming from the fact that you add a continue shopping button button, so the solutions will be to :
- Remove this button
Or
- Move the code of this button out of the "form" html tag
Or
- Add some JavaScript code which will enable you to use the "add" button of your coupon input when your customer press the "enter" keyboard.
