Only one coupon works

Hi,

There was order recently made showing 2 products with quantity that reach their minimum amount as I set coupon for them both. But only one coupon was applied and another was not. So total price was wrong.

Then I tried to make similar order. I found the same problem.

Why is that? Please recommend me if I still want to use discount/coupon setting.

However, at prices section in product detail editing page, I have tried to set more than one price according to minimum amount. This time, those 2 products are discounted and total price is correct.

But what I see when viewing product listing page is that price per more than one unit is shown. I don't want it. I want price per one unit to be shown instead. How can I fix this?

Please help. Any resolution is appreciated.

Hi,

To have different discount on the products you have to use the discounts and not the coupons.
Currently we can only have one coupon in one checkout contrary to the discounts.

If you don't use the discounts but many prices based on the quantity so you can change the value of the option "Price display method" to "Unit price only".
