I am using coups to generate discounts. Basically visitors only get discounts for multi full-day bookings.

This works well until I add the following. I now run two sets of programmes. The multiday discounts must only work for programmes in the same period i.e. a booking in December and January does not qualify for a discount while two or more in the same period e.g. in December do.

This is what happens now

Create your own Texture pack and Redstone A-Z are in the Full Day 1 discount and the other two $100 bookings are in the day two discount. This means that there should be a $40 discount i.e. $20 for each period.

Should I be using a different approach? (For now I have changed it back so that the discount is applied irrespective of the grouping)

Hi,

To do what you want, the system would have to handle several coupons on the checkout. But that's not the case. Only one coupon can be used at a time. Thus, if you have several sets of coupons for several groups of products, only one of them will be used.

I would recommend you to look at the extension AWO Coupon which integrates with HikaShop and supports multiple coupons. Maybe that will allow you to do what you want.
