Coupon not applied upon payment

The coupon shows up correctly on the checkout but when sent to PayPal - the full price is shown - What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I don't see why that would happen.
The coupon value is supposed to be sent to PayPal too.
I wanted to check on your website, but your products have a user group after purchase set, which requires to be logged in with a user account, but your checkout is configured to only allow guest checkout so I'm not able to move forward the login step of your checkout.
An easy solution however is to turn off the "send order details" setting of your PayPal payment method. That way, you'll get the full amount of the order sent to PayPal instead of the details and the amount will correspond to the order total amount, no matter what.

I turned off "send order details" in the Paypal plugin but it still does not apply the coupon. (I also turned off the user group assignment in the product) What else could it be?

The coupon shows up correctly on the checkout but when sent to PayPal - the full price is shown - order details are turned off in the PapPal plugin.

I have changed to allow for registered users and guests -

The coupon works when logged in as the super user.
The coupon does not work when logged in as another user or when purchasing as a guest.

Please help!

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of the coupon and a user account with enough rights so that we can use the coupon and reproduce the issue ?

Sure - Here are the screenshots of the coupon settings.

You should be able to use the coupon as a GUEST with no log in but feel free to also try

Hello and sorry for the late reply,
When I try to login with the account "Kim" I'm having the following error message :

Failed to authenticate: Access Denied

So I wasn't able to reproduce your issue, I just tried it with the same configuration on my end and it worked fine, so I will really need to test it on your shop.

Hi, I am having the same problem! I could really need some help, i don't know what im doing wrong.

I have the latest 2.6.0 version and on earlier versions it was working fine.

I don't use PayPal, I use ePay. But I also use "HikaShop collect on delivery payment plugin" and it is the same problem there.

Also, when I check the order that has been created on the backend. The same problem, no coupon was applied and the full order amount is listed.
