Hi,

We are trying to create discount levels like so:
Minimum $100 - 7% discount
Minimum $150 - 10% discount
Minimum $200 - 12% discount

We've created the coupons and set it to load automatically if possible. First coupon loads alright but all the others don't.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks in advance,

Guy.

Hi,

The "auto load in cart if possible" setting is only turned on for the minimum 200$ coupon. So it's normal that only this one is loaded. I would recommend activating that option for all these coupons if you want the system to load them based on the amount in the cart.

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for your replay.
I've updated the "Auto load" for all coupons and now it works.
But, it works only once. For example, if a user bought products for 160$ he'll get the 10% discount. If he adds more product or remove some of them the same discount stays and not updated accordingly. Is this a bug or another setting that needs to be corrected?

Thank you again,

Guy.

Hi,

I'm afraid that in the new cart system, when a coupon is automatically loaded, it is seen as a "classical" coupon. So it will not try to autoload a better coupon something changed in the cart.
While the previous system were using the user session in order to store that "autoloaded" information, the new cart system do not use anymore the session (which allow it to be ready for web services).

I open a ticket for that issue so we will stored in the cart object some information about the auto-loaded coupon is order to re-process the loading of the auto-coupon when the cart is modified and there is already an auto-coupon in the cart.

Hi,

I've just updated the packages with improvements for the "auto load coupons".
