I want to create an offer "SIGN UP FOR 15% OFF YOUR ORDER!"
How is this possible? Do i need to install acymailing also for this?

Thank you

Hi,

Well, it depends what you want to do in details.
For example, you could create a coupon with a 15 percent, and a quota per user of 1 and set its "access level" to "registered".
That way, only registered users could use it and they could only use it once.
Then, the question is how you want to advertise it to users ?
If you want to send an email to all the email addresses on your website without a user account in order to advertise that coupon code, that would indeed require acymailing.

Hi nicolas,

the coupon is for non registered users so i offer them this coupon discount to make them register to my website.
Each user will be able to use this coupon once yes.
What i don't know, is how to automatically "give" the users the discount when they register.
So, one solution is to use acymailing and send them automatically the coupon code, correct?
Is there another way to do this without acymailing?

Thank you

Hello,

We get your point, let's explain the idea step by step :
1. Communication around your "registered operation"
=> Via a banner or a module, as the coupon is restricted to registered you can even display the coupon code
=> Via Email and Acymailing (to all your Guest) with the coupon if you want to keep it, only for "Guest user"
2. Set up your Coupon configuration like Nicolas told you

3. To give "automatically give the coupon code when the user registered, you can use the User account email with a specific custom
to provide the coupon code.

Hope this will help you to get what you needs.
Regards

May i ask what the code for "User account email" would be?

Hi,

There is no code necessary. Just write the text you want along with the coupon code in the HTML version of the email where you want your text to display and that's it.
