Need Max QTY for Discounts

Sorry but I'm not clear on what you're trying to do.
It seems you're saying that you want the unit price to be $13.25 when the product is purchased with a quantity between 1 and 50, and then the unit price to increase to $13.50 between 51 and 100
However, normally, the unit price decreases when the quantity purchased increases.
Also, usually to set different prices for different ranges of quantities, you want to add several prices to the product with different "minimum quantity" (the "maximum quantity" will be derived from the other prices, so there is not need for one). But supposing that you're talking about doing this, I don't see the link with discounts which can be configured in the Orders>Discounts menu.
So I'm thinking I didn't understand what you're trying to do.
