Discount Advanced Restrictions + More discounts

First question:

In Coupons / Advanced Restrictions -> there are included:
- Order value from / to
- Product quantity from / to

Unfortunatelly - This is missed for Discounts ...I suppose the only way, is to use coupons with "Auto load in cart if possible".

Right?

Second question:

There is not possible to apply more than 1 discount at the same time for category or product
In marketplace I found "Multi Coupon Checkout" - bot nothing to apply multi discounts.

Is there a wqay to apply more discounts at the same time to category or product?

Note - this is important if I would like to add some extra discounts to special group of the customers.

Coupons is not ideal solution when I want to Registerred customers can see that my prices are always the best for them!

Example:

Standard situation

• Promo1 discount 10% for product 1 for public
...

• [PromoX discount 10% for product X for public

I need

• Promo1 discount 10% for product 1 for public
...

• [PromoX discount 10% for product X for public
• Permanent extra discount 2% to all of the products - for registered

because is not possible to apply more discounts - I have to do this

• Promo1 discount 10% for product 1 for guest
...

• [PromoX discount 10% for product X for guest
• Permanent extra discount 2% to all of the products - for registered
• Promo1 discount 10+2=12% for product 1 for registered
...

• [PromoX discount 10+2=12% for product X for registered

... and so I have to control more discounts. Manage more discounts = more work
