styling issues with bought template

Hi,
I have bough the HikaShop styles and installed the blue one.
Now I have a template I made with Artisteer and I have made a vertical side menu that I want to display for all product cateories so I have enabled that but when I use the blue HIkaShop style or any of them their style override my template styling for the menu and makes it look not so good. How can I have my temmplate style overriing the HikaShop style?
It works when not using any HikaShop style (ie. the default styling).

Sorry I solved it by simply comment out the categories listing ruels in the blue css file.
