Middle Name not existing in frontend and backend view

Hi Hikashop,

The core custom field Middle Name is not existing in the view on frontend and backend.
So you have to edit the address_template.php view (which provides extra maintenance after every update).

We love Hikashop, and we think that this feature make it better for the basic users.

Is there a reason why it's not standard in the address_template.php view from address? Because for beginners it's hard to find out why the core fields are not present in the front and backend when they publish them.

This issue also applies to _street2

Good to know that we can use the new option in the configuration.
I didn't know that it was as fast way to create a override for the address template.
