Pre order extension

I think a good idea is to develop an advanced pre order plugin, while i have read the description of the current pre order plugin, i find it lacking some features such as ability to charge up front or upon release automatically, if not entirely automatically, such as payment gateway not supported- an email with payment link could work as well
an advanced plugin such the woocommerce would be great.

Thanks for your feedback.

If you want to have a notification email when the product is restock, you have to use the "waitlist"

Regarding the payment that is done by payment plugin which support "authorize / capture" and there is already a setting in HikaShop to perform the payment capture on the order status modification.

Now regarding the goal of the plugin ; a lot of users asked for the possibility to sell products even if the stock reached zero.
The "pre order" plugin has been developed to answer to these requests.
