Hi,

It would be a game changer if one can have the Product Bundle functionality calculate the bundle price automatically. Together with this, it would also be nice if one could define a discount on the total price compared to the cost for the individual items.

Hello,

Can you precise your idea about this point :
"Product Bundle functionality calculate the bundle price automatically"
Because we aren't sure to well understand what you have in mind, sorry.
Can you provide concrete example, with a step by step process ?

"discount on the total price compared to the cost for the individual items"
Here, you mean automatically ? because you can display in many ways a individual item price.
A little like before can you details your idea.

Sorry for this return and awaiting to better understand your needs to better answer you.
Regards

Hi,

If you want to define a a bundle B1 consisting out of products P1 and P2, with P1 costing EUR20 and product P2 costing EUR30, then the bundle price should be EUR50.

To define a bundled product at the moment, one has to:
1. create a product B1
2. Enter the price of EUR50 in the B1 product.
3. Add products P1 and P2 to the bundle.

My proposal entails the following:
1. Create product B1
2. Add product P1 to the bundle, the B1 price should then be calculated automatically to be EUR20 at this point.
3. Add product P2 to the bundle, the B1 price should then be calculated automaticallt to be EUR50 at this point.
4. Define a bundle discount specific to B1 (pre-configured if possible)

I hope this makes it clearer.

Regards
