No error message for contact page email validation

Hi, as you can see in the attachment file, if the email format is incorrect, the form will check and won't allow user to submit the form, but now it is lack of the error message that cannot alert the user when the email address is wrong format, can you show me where can add the error message when the email format enter by user is incorrect after click the submit button.

Even I have overwrite the file and remove the jquery conflict, there is still now error message for email
