Custom field "Display limited to" IS NOT

Hi,
the "Display limited to" is a great feature but is it possible to improve a function to set an "IS NOT" filter.
For exemple:
- In registration form I've the field country
- The customer selects Italy and it appears the field Example1
- The customer selects another country (IS NOT Italy) and it appears the field Example2
