Hide unavailable product plugin

Im allready using Hide unavailable product plugin, but it has major problem. It only hides products from listings.
Products are still visible in search, or via direct link.
It would be realy great to publish or make available products in advance, like Joomla articles or modules.

Hi,

In order to do that then, I would rather recommend that you use mass actions:
- one mass action to publish a product when the sale start date is inferior to {time} and the sale end date is superior to {time} and the product is unpublished
- one mass action to unpublish a product when the sale start date is superior to {time} and the product is published
- one mass action to unpublish a product when the sale end date is inferior to {time} and the product is published
You can run these actions with a trigger like "every hour".
