There is no integration between HikaShop and packlink as far as I know.
Now, you can export your orders data as a CSV file, and then import the CSV file in packlink so that you don't have to enter everything manually.

Note that we also developed a plugin for ShipStation, which does the same as packlink:

With that plugin, you can automate the import of orders to ShipStation so that you don't have to do anything manually once setup.
