Joomla Search Module plugin doesn't work

I tried to read all the topics you have about Joomla search module integrate with hikashop search plugin, but didn't work for me.

I activated the two plugins which are "HikaShop categories search plugin" and "HikaShop products search plugin" and I also tried to switch off one and viceversa.
When "HikaShop categories search plugin" asked for id I put the category id of hikashop and on "HikaShop products search plugin" I put the id off menu item.

When I tried to research with the Joomla Search Module, it didn't found the products, but only the articles that I created in Joomla

"product_name,product_description" for "Search - Hikashop Products"

In the itemid field, you have to set a product listing menu id for the product search and a category listing menu id for the category search.

what do you mean? 116 is already the product id.

I am having the same problem here. When I type in a word that I know exist within a Hikashop product, the Joomla search page tells me there is no result.

I tried everything, changed IDs, chaned IDs in the plugins, put filters, look in the configuration but in the end the problem was about joomla module search.
I don't know why, when I created a new one it didn't connect with Hikashop database, then I put back the original joomla module search, the one joomla put for example and everything went back in order!
