Is it possible to dynamically set the values

I have create a module to show all products properties from a certain category. All the product properties are filters in this modules. If you click on a product property the result page will be shown.

For example
Go to url: raddtp.nl/anatomie/index.php?option=com_...lexologie&Itemid=201
On the right side of the page. In this section all the product properties are shown of the category.
Click on the word "Volwassene".
After you click on the link/filter the result page wil be opened.

In this result page there is a filter on the left side. The filteroption "Leeftijdsfase" is set to "volwassene". This is send with a form form the previous page.

If you click on the other filters, all the filters values will be shown. This inclused all the product properties/field which will yield no result. I don't want this. I want to programm it i such a manner, that it only show the filtervalues of the previous page.

I want to be able te set thee filter values dynamically from with a api or the means. Is this possible and how is it possible.
