-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Latest Chrome, Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Some langage files errors

1) Filter "cursor" do not show the Slider.
Range is set 10-1000

2) We have few types of products: Food and Clothing. They shall have respective brands (Food brads, Clothes brands). Is it possible to make such two (or more) brand filters?

Hello,
1. You should have a "reset" button next to your range values, can you give me a link to your filter module so that I can directly test it ?
2. Sure, you'll just have to apply your filter through "Brands" by using the "Apply on" option.

Hello,
Can you test it with one of the default Joomla template so that we can see if it's coming from your front-end template ?

Hi,

I do not see the HikaShop CSS included in your website.
You right have JQuery-ui loaded but no CSS for the slider (which is provided by the HikaShop CSS or can be provided the jquery-ui CSS, if you add it).
To summarize : You need CSS for "ui-slider".

Can you tell me what files(folders) I need to copy to my site?

Thank you very much!

Hi,

The problem is not that the CSS files of HikaShop do not exist on your website, but that they are not added to the pages.
It's either that you have the set the "frontend CSS" option of the HikaShop configuration to "none" instead of "default" or that your template strips it out of the HTML.
So check that option. If that option is correct, then you should contact your template provider and notify them that there is a problem with the CSS they're using which doesn't take into account some of the elements of the HikaShop interface so that they can help you.

Yeah! It was set to "none". But now there is a CSS conflict. Will try to fix.
Thank you !
